2. Employees of I Net Rely Corporation have been excluded from the
SIS segment's number of consolidated employees as of March 31, 2022. This is because I Net Rely Corporation was excluded from the scope of consolidation following the sale of all shares in said company on June 28, 2021. The SSS segment's number of consolidated employees as of March 31, 2022 was lower partly as a result of the absorption-type merger in the 1st quarter within the SSS business of Asian Resurrection and LAC CyberLink Co., Ltd., with LAC CyberLink as the surviving company.
