In compliance with various laws and regulations we strive to sell appropriately in selling financial products.

• We comply and will continue to comply with the laws concerning the sale of financial products such as the Insurance Business Law, Financial Instruments and Exchange Law, the Consumer Contract Law and various other laws and regulations.
• In order for our customers to understand the contents of the commodities correctly, we conduct proper sales and solicitation activities to our customers by giving the description contents, delivering the explanation methods with originality and ingenuity.
• We will continue to strive in conducting proper insurance sales such as defining the insurance amount from the viewpoint of preventing the illegal acquisition of the insurance money.

We strive to sell financial instruments in accordance with the customer's intentions, the actual situation, depending on the customer's knowledge and experience related to financial instruments, contract purpose, and comprehensively taking into account the status of the property.

• When selling insurance products, we conduct proper sales and solicitation activities appropriately in line with the customer's intentions and the actual situation through analysis of the risks surrounding the customers and through consulting activities with maximum consideration to product design
• In addition, by taking into account the status of the customer's experience, the purpose of the contract, the status of the property and such factors, fully grasp the contents of the product and deliver adequate explanation of the risks involved.
• We consider the protection of the rights and interests of our customers by properly handling information regarding our customers.

We strive to be customer-oriented using creativity and originality in our methods in terms of product description, and in conducting sales and solicitation as the situation demands.

• In conducting sales and solicitation activities, we consider the time and place sufficiently from the customer's standpoint.
• In situations where we are not directly facing the customer, we exert efforts in performing sales activities etc. using creative ways in explaining the products in order for the customer to fully understand.

We collect information regarding the current situation together with the customer's opinions and such, for us to fully understand, and in addition, we strive to enhance customer satisfaction.

• With regards to insurance contracts, in case an accident takes place, in the event of an insurance claim we shall continue to provide appropriate advice.
• Subsequently, we shall continue to take advantage of the financial business and such efforts to collect various opinions from our customers.
